E-Commerce Operation Manager
- - Managing all product content on the Company's account E-Commerce platform
- - Arrange and monitor brand promotions related to platform programs
- - Do research for a benchmark with other company in the same business
- - Control overall traffic operation plan for the categories under the jurisdiction of the E-Commerce platform
- - Responsible for the planning and follow up marketing activities
- - Statistically, analysis of various operational data and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner
- - Create and manage SOP for operational department related to each online platform which integrated with other departments
- - Provide guidance to Customers from product consultation and purchase according to the pre-sales procedure

- Handle Customer's Inquiry

- Make list and analysis regarding the problem and improvement on the methods in Customer relationship and provide constructive feedback for improvement to the Customer Service Manager

- - Conduct regular checking on the planning, constructive action to be made and ensure the quality of stores, make list and analyze the feedback in after-sales service. According to the data and information, Customer Service Executive shall report to the Customer Service Manager to ensure the quality if pre-sales services
- - Maintain communication and provide necessary information on the delivery process to the Customer
- Customer Relationship Management
- - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
- - Have at least 3 years of experience working in the E-commerce industry.
- - Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in E-commerce or equivalent.
- - Able to solve the problem with good analytical thinking
- - Able to build a good teamwork and communication channel
- - Good at data analysis, planning, and budgeting
